Kau is Greensboro, North Carolina's first all-encompassing restaurant, butcher, and bar. Kau was born from the mind of our owner, Kayne Fisher. Everything, from the food to the design and even to the staff, has been carefully curated and chosen to create a unique dining experience.
Within our concept we have our own butcher shop, supplied with meats that are cut daily by our in-house butcher. We grind, stuff, cure and smoke our meat in-house. The meat case features all the cuts that are on our menu. Our restaurant, butcher and bar are all things to get excited about.The restaurant's atmosphere reflects a casual, come as you are setting where friends and family can gather to enjoy great food and each other's company.
